4 ounce Cooked Chicked, Diced
1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1/4 Cup Cucumbers, Diced
1/4 Cup Carrots
2 Tbsp Cashews, Chopped
2 Tbsp Cooked Bacon, Chopped
1 Tbsp Dried Cranberries
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
1/4 Avocado, Sliced
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your favorite dressing
