Chicken Cashew Cobb Salad

  • 4-6 ounces Romaine Lettuce, Chopped

  • 4 ounce Cooked Chicked, Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa

  • 1/4 Cup Cucumbers, Diced

  • 1/4 Cup Carrots

  • 2 Tbsp Cashews, Chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Cooked Bacon, Chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Dried Cranberries

  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped

  • 1/4 Avocado, Sliced

 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your favorite dressing
